Stasia & Matt's Wedding Design Concept & Invitation

I finally photographed Stasia & Matt's wedding invitation and all the other printed paper items. The invitation was a metallic chocolate pocketfold card. The main paper was Neenah's XXL Columns paper and printed quite well on my ink-jet printer even with the column texture.

The wedding design was based on Autum colors, but with a twist. Red-orange, a bright olive green, periwinkle blue and chocolate brown. I told the bride and groom that I could make it feel like Fall without clubbing their guests over the head with the images of pumpkins and leaves. The bride was particular to the blue, so the RSVP cards were that color. Every time she got the mail to be delighted by a metallic blue envelope!

All of the pieces coordinated from the invitation, reply card, programs, table numbers, placecards, menus, linens, centerpieces and mini favor boxes.

The bride & groom came to my studio with some friends and family and assembled their invitations. Having others involved helped get others excited about the upcoming event.
