Made it through - thank you

     The fruits of my labors over the last 3 months finally paid off. Joellan & Chris had a fabulous wedding celebration. I had a fantastic group of helpers to set-up and break down the party.

     The set-up team worked from 12:00 pm on Friday up until 8:00 at night. Helpers performed a variety of tasks like loading the van, unloading the van, fluffing paper starburst poms, to arranging tables, hanging many things from the 9'-6" ceiling (lots of trips up and down the ladder), ironing the white chair covers, putting the linens on the appropriate tables, making sure every paper lantern had a light in it, unpacking all the props and goodies and providing lunch & a coffee break to all.

     The party was a huge success - Joellan & Chris were delighted and guests were as well. Majestic PhotoBooths provided 3 hours of unlimited photographs in their booth. Furniture was rented from Chicka Chicka Boom Boom which is connected with Great Drape.

     The breakdown consisted of party goers (family & friends) that stayed behind to help pack up. I directed the game "put like things together", all paper lanterns together, all lights together, etc.. It went far faster than the set-up, as break downs usually do. The bartender Denny waited for as long as he could stand and then let me close up the hall. This hall looked unlike it ever had. Here are before and after pictures of the space.

So a BIG HUGE THANK YOU to all those that helped - from fluffing paper poms to picking up the beer kegs & wine and all the little & big things in between. Your help was needed and deeply appreciated. Thank you, you are AWESOME!
